De Leon Productions is led by Victor and Nicole Flores, elite-level gymnasts turned professional performers who have been creating high-impact entertainment for top brands and events since 2008. What began as boutique cirque-style entertainment has grown into a full creative studio and training hub, producing custom shows and the next generation of elite performers for clients across the country.

Our origins

Victor and Nicole spent years performing on stage and in the air before founding De Leon Productions in 2008. From the start, they focused on acrobatic and cirque-style entertainment, designing specialty acts and full-length shows for corporate events, luxury parties, festivals, and themed experiences. Their early productions included everything from poolside aerial cube performances and roaming characters to fully themed cirque parties and flash mobs in iconic venues.

A decade of training top talent

As demand grew, Victor and Nicole devoted the last decade to developing one of the strongest cirque-focused training programs in the United States, producing polished, professional performers who are truly stage-ready. The program emphasizes technique, safety, showmanship, and real-world experience so that artists have already proven themselves in front of live audiences before they appear at client events. This pipeline feeds a curated roster of aerialists, acrobats, dancers, stilt walkers, contortionists, and specialty acts who can adapt to different venues, themes, and production needs.

From a single feature act to fully produced stage shows, every performance is tailored to the event’s venue, audience, and goals, with an emphasis on high impact, smooth logistics, and professional management from concept to curtain call. Victor and Nicole oversee the artistic vision, casting, and training behind De Leon Productions. Their backgrounds as elite gymnasts and professional performers inform everything from choreography and act creation to safety planning and show pacing, ensuring that each show is visually striking, technically sound, and event-ready.

Jason Myhre – Client Relations & Creative Development
Jason Myhre brings world-class commercial dance and choreography experience to De Leon Productions, supporting clients from initial inquiry through show-ready concepts. A graduate of the Chicago Academy for the Arts with training from Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, Chicago City Ballet, and EDGE Performing Arts Center, Jason’s credits span global artists, world tours, award shows, and major live events, adding deep choreography and staging insight to the team.
